1. Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping policies? We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are processed within 4-5 business days and shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. International shipping times may vary.

What is your return policy? We have a simple and hassle-free return and exchange policy for certain products purchased from our website provided the fulfilment of the following criteria:

  1. We offer a 3-day return policy for ready to wear apparel. However, customized styles are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
  2. Products sold during ‘Sale’ period are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
  3. The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, and freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
  4. The returned product should be unworn, unused, and unwashed; else they will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  5. Complaints of missing / damaged / wrong items delivered must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  6. Refund will be subject to inspection of the returned product.
  7. Please contact us at contact@adoksh.com with your order number and a description of the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

How do I find my size? Please refer to our detailed sizing chart below. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the chart.

  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically above your belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure straight and parallel to the floor.

3. Care Instructions

How do I care for my Adoksh clothing? To ensure the longevity of your Adoksh garments, follow these care guidelines:

  • Washing: Dry clean it for the first few times. Then we recommend hand wash or machine wash at 25-30C water. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
  • Drying: Hang to dry. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Ironing: Use a low to medium heat setting. For best results, iron while the garment is slightly damp.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging heavy items to prevent stretching.
