What is your return policy? We have a simple and hassle-free return and exchange policy for certain products purchased from our website provided the fulfilment of the following criteria:

1. We offer a 3-day return policy for ready to wear apparel. However, customized styles are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
2. Products sold during ‘Sale’ period are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
3. The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, and freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
4. The returned product should be unworn, unused, and unwashed; else they will not be accepted for return or exchange.
5. Complaints of missing / damaged / wrong items delivered must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Refund will be subject to inspection of the returned product.
